You may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
