General rates:

All guitars are shipped fully insured and include a tracking number.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

If your guitar arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the packaging and the guitar.

We will assist with the insurance claim and offer repair or replacement as needed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
